Mud Fit

 

 

This 12 week course meets at a local gymnastics facility allowing its members to experience real obstacles in a safe, learning environment before hitting the course. Here you will jump, crawl, climb, and more through a variety of planned workouts in mud race fashion! Not training for a mud run, no problem! Because this is a course that challenges its members to work out in ways they haven't before, men and women at any level will quickly notice the physical and mental benefits of this style of training. The group is also given weekly at home goals for both working out and nutrition, motivating its members to push themselves further than they thought they personally could. What's the best benefit of this course? No getting dirty, while in training mode! Save it for the race!
